All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders enter the shipping process once confirmed and payment is completed.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two warehouse shipping options to meet different customer needs:

3. Service Coverage

We currently ship to most European and North American countries. At checkout, you can choose between available local or overseas warehouse options.

4. Important Notes

  1. Customs & Taxes: Local warehouse orders enjoy duty-free convenience. For overseas warehouse orders, please check your country’s import tax policies in advance—all applicable fees are the recipient’s responsibility.
  2. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times begin once the package is handed to the carrier. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address is complete and correct. Additional costs or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility.
  4. Order Tracking: After shipping, we will send a confirmation email with a tracking number for you to monitor your shipment.
  5. Failed Delivery: If a package cannot be delivered and is returned, we will contact you to arrange reshipping. Additional charges may apply.

5. Recommendations

  • If you need your items quickly, choose the Local Warehouse for faster, duty-free delivery.
  • If your region does not have a local warehouse or you prefer lower product costs, select the Overseas Warehouse. Please allow sufficient delivery time and be aware of potential customs fees.
